How can I cancel an order?
If the order has not yet been shipped, simply write an email to hello@izecc.de. If the products are already on their way, a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
How long does it take to receive my order?
This depends on where the product should be delivered to. Orders processed here in Germany usually arrive within 5-7 working days. Overseas deliveries take a little longer, usually between 7 and 16 days. You will get details about the delivery in your confirmation email.
How do I receive information about my order?
If you have created a customer account, you can view your orders and order status in your account. You will also receive status updates on your order via the email you provided when placing your order.
Is it possible to receive the delivery on a desired date?
Yes, this is possible. Please enter your desired date in the form "day/month/year" in the comments field in the shopping cart. We will do our best to meet this deadline.
How do I receive the invoice for my order?
You will receive the invoice for your order digitally by e-mail.
Do you ship abroad?
Unfortunately, through the online shop we currently only ship within Germany. This will change soon. However, international shipping is still possible, please contact our customer service via hello@izecc.de.

How can I return products?
Personalised products, e.g. an engraved izecc, are unfortunately non-returnable.

How can I redeem a voucher?
You can easily redeem your voucher during online checkout. There you will find a field for entering the code. If you want to order by telephone or e-mail, simply tell us your voucher code.
